Performance: Improve page-load times and route caching. Functionally similar to essential cookies but not strictly required.

Functional / Preference: Remember your choices — preferred language, dismissed banners, calculator inputs you've saved locally.

Marketing / Re-targeting (consent-based): May be used to show you Mortgage Squad Advisors content on other websites you visit. We do not load marketing cookies until you have provided consent in jurisdictions that require it (Quebec under Law 25, EEA/UK if applicable). We never sell your personal information to advertisers.
